The Apollo MedFlight Peer Support Team offers comprehensive psychological and emotional support through pre-incident education, spousal and family assistance, on-scene intervention, and post-incident care as needed. We operate as a coordinated network of qualified professionals dedicated to supporting personnel during and after exposure to critical incidents. Our goal is to reduce the impact of major events on staff, whether through one-on-one assistance or group support settings. Additionally, we serve as a resource and referral network for individuals seeking specialized services, including—but not limited to—substance abuse treatment, weight loss and fitness programs, family counseling, children's therapy, and counselors with expertise in post-traumatic stress disorder.
